First of all, we are really sorry for such a this long downtime. We know that how important is your business and we appreciate it.
h% u- M/ R2 b1 I" x+ O3 Q& rRegarding to the downtime, It was completely unexpected. Just one of our main routers died, of course we had backup router. But it didn’t make it :( So, we had to buy a new Router. We did it in the fastest way that we can. And then reinstall it., u8 E9 \+ r- P. L' ?* z& \
We had this downtime after 6 months without any issue. Please understand our situation, and stay with us. We promise you it won’t happen again. And our services will remain great as before.
