First of all, we are really sorry for such a this long downtime. We know that how important is your business and we appreciate it.# z; d$ j @8 z6 M+ X
Regarding to the downtime, It was completely unexpected. Just one of our main routers died, of course we had backup router. But it didn’t make it :( So, we had to buy a new Router. We did it in the fastest way that we can. And then reinstall it.
w6 Z5 Z3 U" x# p8 l8 ^& p- cWe had this downtime after 6 months without any issue. Please understand our situation, and stay with us. We promise you it won’t happen again. And our services will remain great as before.
