First of all, we are really sorry for such a this long downtime. We know that how important is your business and we appreciate it.
- x, e- G U. R, z' G: [9 C) j( fRegarding to the downtime, It was completely unexpected. Just one of our main routers died, of course we had backup router. But it didn’t make it :( So, we had to buy a new Router. We did it in the fastest way that we can. And then reinstall it., b" O/ h4 z9 T7 a
We had this downtime after 6 months without any issue. Please understand our situation, and stay with us. We promise you it won’t happen again. And our services will remain great as before.
